End of Week Tidbit: John Fogerty

As was first reported by the long-legged blond at Trulia Luxe Living, Veteran rocker John Fogerty sold his Beverly Hills (Post Office) estate with it's 16,000 square foot faux-Tuscan villa for $18.6 million after first floating it as a whisper listing in July 2013 with a $23 million price tag. Last November, Mister Fogerty "downsized" to a liberally pastiched 13,000-ish square foot villa in the affluent Hidden Valley area near Thousand Oaks that he and his missus bought for $8,950,000.
